How to request deletion

You can permanently delete your DigiProp account and the data associated with it at any time. Send us a deletion request from the email or phone number linked to your account:

Email a deletion request

Send to support@digiprop.in with the subject “Account Deletion Request”, and include the mobile number registered with your account so we can verify your identity before deleting.

What gets deleted

When your request is verified, we permanently delete:

Your account profile (name, mobile number, email, photo, RERA/company details)
Your leads and CRM data (client names, phone numbers, notes, activity)
Your property listings and uploaded media
Your organisation membership, team assignments and in-app messages/notifications
Device and push-notification tokens linked to your account

What may be retained, and for how long

Data	Retention	Reason
Transaction / billing records (if you purchased a subscription)	Up to 7 years	Legal, tax and accounting obligations
Anonymised, aggregated usage analytics	Indefinite	No longer identifies you; used for product metrics
Records required to prevent fraud or abuse	As required by law	Security and legal compliance

Retained items cannot be linked back to your deleted account except where the law requires us to keep identifiable records.

Timeline

Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. We may contact you at your registered mobile number or email to confirm the request before deleting.
